Keep these pieces in mind when interviewing on video:

Dress professional and comfortable -- ideally with a bit of color on top.

Sit in front of a brightly colored window or position two lights at 45 degrees in front of you.

Ensure you're in a quiet environment and have a notepad and pen at the ready.

Smile when the camera turns on and look right at it when you're talking. A great hack for this is to grab a 'center cam' where your camera is suction cupped to the center of your screen.
